Dave Stewart, born on February 19, 1957, is a former professional baseball pitcher, sports agent, coach, and executive. His illustrious career began in 1975 as the 16th round Los Angelos Dodgers selection. Known for his fierce competitiveness and exceptional pitching abilities, Stewart became a force to be reckoned with on the mound. He played for several teams, including the Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Toronto Blue Jays. Stewart's career highlights include being named the World Series MVP in 1989, where he led the Athletics to a championship victory. His impressive pitching repertoire, highlighted by a devastating split-finger fastball, contributed to four 20-win seasons and three consecutive World Series titles with the Athletics from 1989 to 1991.
